This smart little pump cushion is sometimes called a donut, although it's really shaped more like a tire. It is designed to pad the hard base of the penis cylinders for both comfort and ease of suction.
This cushion fits on cylinders with diameters from 1.5 inches to 2.75 inches, which includes almost all of the available Penis Cylinder sizes in our inventory. The cushion features a hollow groove inside that easily fits around the flared base of any compatible cylinder.

This product is made of solid silicone.
Silicone is non-porous and non-toxic. Medical grade silicone is totally safe for your body. It can be easily cleaned and sterilized by following the guidelines below.To clean silicone, wash it with hot water and a body-friendly soap before and after each use. Make sure your toy is dry before storing it.
To sterilize silicone, wash it and then boil it in plain water for 3-5 minutes. As an alternative, you can also use a solution of 1 part bleach and 9 parts water. Soak your silicone toy in this solution for 5 minutes, then allow to air dry and rinse thoroughly with plain water. Sterilize your silicone sex toys between partners, between holes, or if you would just feel better about using your toy if you did.
Solid silicone can sometimes be incompatible with silicone lubricant. Before applying silicone lube to a silicone toy, we recommend conducting a “patch test.” After 10 minutes of contact with silicone lube, rinse your toy and inspect for signs of bonding, peeling, or a foggy or damaged surface finish. If there are no visible signs of damage, your toy is safe to use with silicone lube.

This T-hose Connector allows you adapt a single pump handle for use with two cylinders simultaneously. (For example, if you wanted to use a single pump to create suction in two Nipple Cylinders at the same time.) It's easy to swap out the standard hose that comes with your pump, and attach this one instead.
With the T-hose Connector you can hook up any two cylinders. Just remember that the suction psi (pounds per square inch) will be equal in both cylinders. If you're planning to pump on two different people's bodies at the same time, it might be best to stick with separate pumps. Pumping is a highly individualized activity, and it's pretty rare for people to enjoy the exact same pressure at the same speed.

L.A. Pump's Deluxe Hand Pump is fully constructed of metal and features a quality psi (pounds per square inch) gauge. This is a great advantage if you are solo pumping and need the other hand to hold the cylinder in place long enough to establish a vacuum seal. Single handed pumping requires a minimal amount of hand strength, so it may not be ideal for folks with severe arthritis or other conditions that reduce grip strength or cause pain. If you require a pump with a plunger that's easier to manipulate, try the basic model Hand Pump.
This pump is compatible with all of the L.A. Pump Cylinders and accessories and comes with a single tube (approximately 27 inches long) and coupler. A T-hose Connector divided tube is available and sold separately to accommodate two cylinders on one pump. To pump nipples with two separate cylinders and only one hand pump, this adaptor is necessary!
