The entire pelvic area of the body is supported by a complex union of muscles called the "pelvic floor." These muscles are important to many different aspects of health and pleasure. Sometimes these muscles and the exercises used to strengthen them are referred to by the name "Kegel," after Dr. Arnold Kegel who first wrote about pelvic exercise in 1948.
Kegel exercises are not just for women. If you've got genitals, it's a good idea to learn about the benefits of strengthening your pelvic floor - namely, increased bladder and bowel control and the potential for increased sexual pleasure and function.
Insertable pelvic exercisers can make it easier to feel the subtle movement, contraction and release of various muscles surrounding the genitals. Gaining more control over these muscles and building their strength can increase the potential for sexual sensation and stronger orgasms. It's important to also practice relaxing the pelvic floor muscles after giving them a workout, so they don't become overly tight and uncomfortable. Some of the products in this collection can provide gentle vaginal or anal massage to help with that relaxation process.

Steel Kegel Balls
The compact size and considerable weight of these elegant, stainless steel balls will provide an advanced workout for the pelvic floor. Use one or both of these balls to massage the vaginal walls, engage the G-spot, and increase orgasmic potential, all while you go about your day! When used regularly over time, these steel balls can reduce the risk of incontinence and other pelvic floor disorders and well as increase vaginal strength.
Although the S&M Steele Balls cannot be lost inside of the vagina, a person with a tilted uterus or cervix may want to avoid using this particular product as it does not include a string to ease pulling the balls out of the body and could potentially be difficult to remove.

This product is made of stainless steel.
The medical-grade stainless steel used to make this product is hypoallergenic, non-porous and non-toxic. Do not use any abrasives to clean your toy or expose your toy to rough surfaces, or you may scratch the smooth finish. For the best protection, store it in its case or wrap it in a soft fabric.
To clean, wash your stainless steel toy with mild soap and water before and after use. You can do this in the sink or in the dishwasher if that works for you.
To sterilize, wash and then boil it in plain water for 3-5 minutes. As an alternative, you can also use a solution of 1 part bleach and 9 parts water. Soak your toy in this solution for 5 minutes, then allow to air dry. Sterilize your sex toys between partners, between holes, or if you would just feel better about using your toy if you did.
Use caution, as your toy will be very hot when you take it out of boiling water.
Stainless steel is compatible with any kind of lubricant.
