The entire pelvic area of the body is supported by a complex union of muscles called the "pelvic floor." These muscles are important to many different aspects of health and pleasure. Sometimes these muscles and the exercises used to strengthen them are referred to by the name "Kegel," after Dr. Arnold Kegel who first wrote about pelvic exercise in 1948.
Kegel exercises are not just for women. If you've got genitals, it's a good idea to learn about the benefits of strengthening your pelvic floor - namely, increased bladder and bowel control and the potential for increased sexual pleasure and function.
Insertable pelvic exercisers can make it easier to feel the subtle movement, contraction and release of various muscles surrounding the genitals. Gaining more control over these muscles and building their strength can increase the potential for sexual sensation and stronger orgasms. It's important to also practice relaxing the pelvic floor muscles after giving them a workout, so they don't become overly tight and uncomfortable. Some of the products in this collection can provide gentle vaginal or anal massage to help with that relaxation process.

The extended S-shape of this device is crafted in smooth, ultra firm Lucite acrylic for targeted G-Spot or prostate massage. The rippled end of the Crystal Wand Deluxe also offers pleasurable texture when gently manipulated vaginally or anally with an in-and-out motion. The honey-dipper shape also holds onto lube and helps it travel where it's needed most for a longer lasting slip. The smooth end of the wand works as a dilator, and is one of the slimmest options available. This specialized instrument is often recommended for vaginal renewal or prostate massage by health and wellness professionals.

Acrylic plastic is non-toxic and easy to care for and clean. It’s a hypoallergenic, non-porous material that won’t break down or leach chemicals into the body over time. To clean, use hot water and a body-friendly soap before and after each use. To sterilize, wash and then boil it in plain water for 3-5 minutes. As an alternative, you can also use a solution of 1 part bleach and 9 parts water. Soak your toy in this solution for 5 minutes, then allow to air dry. Sterilize your sex toys between partners, between holes, or if you would just feel better about using your toy if you did.
Acrylic plastic is compatible with all types of lubricant. This material can scratch easily, so keep away from abrasive surfaces.
